Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older and can sign consent to join the study
- You have non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy (not caused by a prior heart attack)
- Your MRI shows heart scarring (fibrosis) and your heart pumping strength (LVEF) is 35% or lower
- You can safely complete a heart MRI (no major MRI restrictions, no gadolinium allergy)
- You do not have severe kidney problems (eGFR/creatinine clearance must be at least 30 mL/min)
