Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your heart's pumping strength (LVEF) is 35% or less, measured at least 40 to 90 days after a heart attack.
  • You are able to attend all required tests and follow-up visits.
  • You are taking the highest tolerated doses of certain heart medications (ACE inhibitors or ARBs, beta blockers, and MRAs).
  • You are covered by French social security and have signed a consent form.
