Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old (or 12–17 after safety review).
  • Your cancer is solid tumor that is advanced or has spread, and has the TP53 Y220C mutation.
  • You have had at least one prior cancer treatment, and the cancer is still growing.
  • Your body function tests are adequate (organ function and blood counts).
  • Your performance status is 0 or 1 (you can do daily activities with little or some help).
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (measurable disease).
