Who can take part

  • You must have progressive keratoconus, which is a condition where the clear front of your eye (cornea) thins and bulges forward over time.
  • You cannot have any active eye infections or inflammation (like a red, painful eye) at the time of the trial.
  • Your cornea must be thick enough, at least 420 microns, as measured by your doctor.
  • You must not have had any previous eye surgeries, especially on the cornea or the front part of the eye.
