- You are right-handed
- You have “writer’s cramp” with no known cause (idiopathic), confirmed by standard checks
- You can join and participate in video calls
- You have not had botulinum toxin injections in the last 3 months, or you no longer have weakness from them
- You are not taking medications that slow nerves or cause sleepiness (anticholinergics or sedating medicines)
- If MRI is needed: you have no pacemaker or metal/electronic implants, and you are not pregnant
