Who can take part
- You must be diagnosed with a medium- to high-risk blood clot in your lungs (called a pulmonary embolism) that affected your heart.
- You need to be able to walk on your own (with or without oxygen during walking).
- You must not have had a previous blood clot in your lungs, chronic blood clot related lung disease, or pulmonary artery high blood pressure.
- You must be able to read and understand questionnaires in English and return for visits at 3 and 6 months.
- You must be able to give written permission to join the study.
