Who can take part
- You are already enrolled in the RAMBO study and meet its basic criteria
- Your age is 18 or older, and you finished PE treatment with blood thinners for 3–8 months
- Your symptom and quality-of-life survey scores from RAMBO are high enough (PembQol and subgroup scores)
- You were planned to be randomized in RAMBO
- You have an abnormal conventional ventilation/perfusion (V/Q) scan at the first visit (V1)
- After the initial rehab check, you must be able to do an exercise/effort test and it must not be stopped for intolerance
