Who can take part

  • Your age is over 1 month and under 45 years, and you weigh at least 10 kg (about 22 lb).
  • You must be eligible for a stem cell transplant under the related study, NCT 04249830.
  • You have a life-threatening blood cancer where a transplant is recommended (such as high-risk ALL or AML, myelodysplastic syndrome, JMML, or certain lymphomas).
  • Before the added-cell step, you already had an αβ-depleted stem cell transplant and your new blood-forming cells are working (myeloid engraftment).
  • You must not currently have moderate-to-severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) that needs high-dose steroids.
  • You (and the donor, if applicable) must be able and willing to do an extra blood-cell collection before the study cells are made, and you cannot be pregnant around the time of collection.
