  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a high-risk blood cancer that needs a stem cell transplant.
  • You don't have a fully matched donor available.
  • You haven't had a stem cell transplant in the last 3 months.
  • You don't have an active serious infection, such as HIV or uncontrolled fungal infection.
  • Your liver, heart, kidneys, and lungs are working well enough for the procedure.
