Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have recently had heart surgery (bypass and/or valve repair/replacement, but not a mechanical valve).
- Your heart is stable enough, with or without blood pressure support medicines.
- You have not had atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) before this surgery.
- You don't have certain heart rhythm problems (like heart block or long QT) or take certain heart rhythm medicines.
