Who can take part
- You can give written consent (or a legal representative can, if allowed).
- You must be age 18+ (or age 12–17 in some cases) and able to follow study visits and tests.
- Your cancer must have progressed after standard therapy or have no suitable standard option (for most participants).
- Your tumor must show a specific disease-driving KIT (Cohort 1) or PDGFRA (Cohort 2) mutation, confirmed by a certified test, or specific mutation/amplification for the glioblastoma brain tumor group.
