Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • Your lung cancer has been confirmed as metastatic NSCLC
  • Your tumor test shows an EGFR mutation like exon 19 deletion or L858R (other specific mutations may also qualify if a common one is present)
  • You have not taken an EGFR-targeted pill (EGFR TKI) before
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have enough blood counts and organ function for treatment
  • You should not have certain serious lung inflammation, major uncontrolled heart issues, or active hepatitis infections
