Who can take part

  • You are age 12 or older and weigh at least 40 kg
  • Your leukemia is AML, ALL, or mixed AML/ALL (MPAL) and it is relapsed at least once or resistant to prior treatment
  • You can swallow the study medicine by mouth
  • You are able to follow the study rules, including visits and study procedures
  • Your infection status and key organ blood tests (liver and kidney) meet the trial limits at screening
  • You must have very specific pregnancy prevention rules if you can become pregnant (and for men), and pregnancy tests must be negative
