Who can take part

  • You live in British Columbia, Canada.
  • You are between 16 and 35 years old.
  • You had your first ACL reconstruction surgery 9 to 36 months ago, and it was done within 12 months of your injury.
  • You are not currently getting knee care from a health or fitness provider, and you have no surgeries planned that would interfere with exercise.
  • Your knee still bothers you enough to score below 79 on a knee function questionnaire.
  • You have daily access to email and a computer with internet, and you are willing to wear an activity tracker.
