Who can take part
- Have confirmed cancer that is a solid tumor in the pancreas, prostate, breast, or ovary (ovary includes fallopian tube/primary peritoneal).
- Have a tumor or blood test showing a BRCA1/2 mutation and/or an HRD-related gene mutation (the lab report must be approved by the study sponsor).
- Be an adult (18 or older) and able to have cancer assessments (measurable disease on scan).
- Have evidence the cancer is progressing recently (within 28 days of starting the study) and have scans that show measurable tumors.
- Be well enough to take treatment: blood counts and organ function must meet lab thresholds, with no major uncontrolled illness; you must be willing to undergo a tumor biopsy before treatment and at progression if needed.
