Who can take part
- You have heart failure symptoms that are stable and fall in NYHA class II to III
- Your left heart pumping strength (ejection fraction) is usually 50% or higher
- You’ve had signs of high filling pressure in the past, based on heart ultrasound, prior invasive measurements, or a recent acute episode needing IV diuretics
- You can safely do exercise testing (or similar study demands) and are willing to participate
- Your heart rhythm and blood work are in safe ranges (for example, no uncontrolled fast atrial fibrillation; hemoglobin at least 10)
- You do not have certain other heart, lung, liver, kidney, or blood conditions that could interfere with study safety
