Who can take part
- You have one acquired lower-arm (transradial) amputation on either left or right arm.
- Your remaining limb and muscles are sized and positioned to fit the study prosthesis parts.
- There must be at least 6 usable spots where sensors can be implanted in your residual muscles.
- You are able and willing to have small sensor implants placed by surgery and attend study visits.
- You already use a myoelectric (muscle-signal) upper-limb prosthesis for about 6–8 hours per day.
- You can give informed consent and reliably follow your rehabilitation/health-service plan.
