Who can take part

  • You have active thyroid eye disease from Graves’ disease and want to join the study
  • Your eye disease must be “active” and moderately to severely affecting you, with a clinic score of 4 or higher
  • Your active eye symptoms started within the last 9 months
  • Your thyroid levels are controlled (normal, or only mild high/low thyroid blood tests)
  • You do not need urgent eye surgery or radiation during the study, and you’re not planning it
  • You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use reliable contraception during treatment and for 180 days after the last dose
