Who can take part
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have trouble sleeping most weeks—at least 3 times per week for 3 months
- Have access to an internet-connected device (phone, tablet, or computer)
- Not regularly work overnight shifts (such as late-evening to early-morning hours)
- Not be caring for a baby under 1 year old
- Not be pregnant or trying to get pregnant
