- You are 18 years old or older
- You have trouble sleeping (Insomnia Severity Index score of 12 or higher)
- You speak and understand English well
- You own a smartphone and are comfortable using apps
- You do not work night shifts more than 2 times a week
- You are not pregnant, do not have serious health conditions, and are not currently in therapy for insomnia
