- BMI must be in the normal range (20.0 to 24.9)
- Be generally inactive to moderately active (not highly athletic)
- Normally sleep 7 to 9.25 hours per night
- Have lived at Denver altitude or higher for at least 3 months
- Do not have a significant medical, mental health, or sleep problem
