Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 35 years old
  • BMI must be in the normal range (20.0 to 24.9)
  • Be generally inactive to moderately active (not highly athletic)
  • Normally sleep 7 to 9.25 hours per night
  • Have lived at Denver altitude or higher for at least 3 months
  • Do not have a significant medical, mental health, or sleep problem
