Who can take part
- You’re over 18 and currently taking a DOAC blood thinner
- You have a planned (elective) heart catheter procedure: coronary angiography or PCI
- You can sign an informed consent form
- You do not have an active heart emergency right now (STEMI, NSTEMI, or unstable angina)
- Your kidneys are working well enough (creatinine clearance 30 mL/min or higher)
- You are not in another clinical trial and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
