Who can take part
- You have relapsed or treatment-resistant B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), or relapse in the eye/brain or other outside-bone-marrow sites
- Your leukemia is measured as high levels of “MRD” or blasts after treatment (meaning there are still leukemia cells after induction)
- You have at least one high-risk marker or genetics (like BCR-ABL1 changes, low chromosome number, or certain gene mutations), or you cannot tolerate standard chemo
- Your breathing and heart function are strong enough for treatment (oxygen is >95% on room air, and heart pumping is sufficient on echocardiogram)
- Your kidney and liver blood tests are within safe limits, and your overall function score (Karnofsky/Lansky) is at least 50
