  • You have a blood cancer diagnosis that has come back or is not responding (relapsed/refractory), confirmed by WHO criteria
  • Your daily-function score (ECOG) is 0 or 1
  • You have an expected lifespan of at least 3 months
  • You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
  • Your cancer is not mainly in the brain/spinal cord (central nervous system)
  • You do not have acute promyelocytic leukemia (a specific blood cancer type)
