Who can take part

  • Your cancer has spread and cannot be removed with surgery, and you have a KRAS G12C mutation found through a biopsy or blood test.
  • You have received at least one prior treatment for your cancer, unless you have untreated non-small cell lung cancer with a PD-L1 score of 1% or higher.
  • You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or any cancer-targeting drugs in the last 4 weeks (or 2 weeks for palliative radiation).
  • You do not have active cancer in the brain or spinal cord, or other serious conditions like HIV, hepatitis, or lung inflammation.
  • You must agree to use birth control as required by the study and not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
