  • Be willing to follow the study plan for the whole study period
  • Be age 18 to 100
  • Have a confirmed CADASIL diagnosis or a NOTCH3 gene mutation from genetic testing
  • Either be a healthy control person, or the person must have CADASIL/NOTCH3 mutation
  • Be able and willing to provide blood and/or tissue samples
  • Be able to do MRI scans safely (about up to 1 hour) and in a way that doctors can interpret results
