Who can take part

  • You are between 5 and 21 years old.
  • Your brain or spinal cancer has returned or is not responding to treatment.
  • You are able to swallow pills.
  • You have had at least 3 weeks since your last chemotherapy, and at least 4 weeks since last radiation or immunotherapy.
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within the needed ranges.
  • You (or your parent) agree to sign a consent form and provide tumor tissue and blood samples for research.
