Who can take part
- You must have confirmed prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy
- You must be 18 or older, and able to swallow pills and sign consent
- You must have already tried at least one new hormone medicine like abiraterone or enzalutamide
- Your blood tests must show enough bone marrow and organ function (white cells, neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, liver enzymes, and kidney function)
