Who can take part

  • You must have confirmed prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy
  • You must be 18 or older, and able to swallow pills and sign consent
  • You must have already tried at least one new hormone medicine like abiraterone or enzalutamide
  • Your blood tests must show enough bone marrow and organ function (white cells, neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, liver enzymes, and kidney function)
  • A PSMA PET scan must show PSMA-positive cancer spots (stronger than liver) to qualify
  • You must not have had certain prior treatments, like PSMA-targeted radioligand therapy or CDK4/6 inhibitors
