Who can take part
- You have mild Graves’ orbitopathy, confirmed by an eye doctor and hormone doctor
- You have not had any Graves’ eye treatment before (other than eye drops)
- Your thyroid hormone levels are back to normal for at least 2 months (or 6 months after radioactive iodine)
- You are not pregnant and can give informed consent
- You have not used hydroxychloroquine or systemic steroid pills/shots in the last 3 months
- You do not have major lab/health limits (kidney, liver, blood count issues, G6PD deficiency, or past hydroxychloroquine side effects)
