Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older and can sign consent and follow study visits and blood/bone marrow sample schedules.
- You have confirmed relapsed or refractory AML or MDS (and you’ve already tried approved treatments, or you can’t tolerate them).
- Your white blood cell count is under 20,000 at the first dose (hydroxyurea is allowed), and may need to be rechecked before later doses.
- Your general condition is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- Your kidney and liver blood tests meet limits (creatinine clearance ≥60; bilirubin and liver enzyme levels within allowed ranges).
- You do NOT have certain exclusions (for example: acute promyelocytic leukemia, active CNS leukemia, recent transplant or immune-suppression, recent immune-based treatments, serious uncontrolled infection, or known HIV/hepatitis with active infection).
