Therapy or short breaks for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME)

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with CFS/ME (chronic fatigue syndrome or myalgic encephalomyelitis)
  • Your mental health has been clinically stable for the past 3 months, with no recent hospital or emergency psychiatric care
  • You have not had a suicide attempt, and you are not in a period of urgent suicidal risk
  • You can read and understand German, and you have reliable internet plus the skills to use electronic devices
  • In the last 3 months, you have not started new psychotherapy, and you have not started major new mental-health medicines
  • You have no major untreated health problems (like severe sleep apnea or serious heart, neurological, or substance-use problems) and you have not had certain cancer treatments or sleep-disrupting treatments in the last 6 months
