Who can take part
- You have a CFS/ME diagnosis that matches the Canada Consensus Criteria
- You are currently out of school and/or work for at least 50%
- You feel ready to make changes (you want to start trying something new)
- You can and will sign informed consent to join the study
- You can participate in a 3-day course and complete questionnaires in Norwegian
- Nothing else more clearly explains your symptoms (no other physical illness or mental disorder that fits better)
