Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 45 years.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and under 30.
- If you can get pregnant: you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- For people without diabetes (controls): fasting glucose, 2-hour glucose test, and HbA1c must all be in normal ranges.
- For people with type 1 diabetes: your insulin dose must be stable for at least 8 weeks and your HbA1c must be below 8.0%.
