Who can take part
- You must be between 1 and 26 years old.
- You must have a glioma (a type of brain tumor) with a specific BRAF gene change (either a fusion called KIAA1549-BRAF or a BRAF V600 mutation).
- You need to have had at least one prior treatment for your tumor, and it must have come back or not responded to that treatment.
- You must be generally well enough to be active (Karnofsky or Lansky score over 50).
- You must have adequate organ and bone marrow function.
- If you have a certain type of low-grade glioma, you must have already tried a BRAF or MEK inhibitor before.
