Who can take part

  • You have PV, ET, or pre-PMF based on standard diagnosis rules
  • Your test shows the JAK2 V617F mutation (with mutation level above 1%)
  • You are considered “high risk” because you are over 60, or you have a prior clot history (and you’re at least 18)
  • You were diagnosed with the bone marrow condition within the past 12 months
  • You can take part in the study safely: no aspirin or DOAC allergy, and no major bleeding recently
  • Your kidneys and liver are healthy enough for study drugs, and you can give informed consent
