  • You are 18 years or older
  • You were diagnosed with PV or ET recently—at diagnosis or within 1 year
  • You have the JAK2 V617F gene mutation
  • You have not started blood-count–lowering (cytoreductive) treatment yet when your blood is drawn
  • You can give written consent and agree to join the FIMBANK registry (extra consent form)
