Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 80.
- You have newly diagnosed (first treatment) DLBCL confirmed by pathology (biopsy).
- Your tumor shows a p53 mutation and PD-L1 expression.
- You have at least one measurable lymphoma spot that can be tracked on scans.
- Your day-to-day functioning is fairly good (ECOG 0–2).
- You need recent blood, liver, and clotting tests that meet study safety ranges (unless the abnormal results are clearly from lymphoma).
