Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma (WHO Grade IV) that has come back after previous treatment with radiation and temozolomide.
  • You are able to swallow pills and keep them down.
  • Your brain MRI shows at least one tumor that can be measured.
  • You have not had more than one recurrence of your glioblastoma.
