Who can take part
- You have one of these diagnoses: MDS, MDS/AML, therapy-related MDS/AML, or certain types of ALL/MPAL/LBL (the exact type matters by study group).
- Your age must be 40 or younger for the MDS groups, or 1–21 years old for the ALL/LBL group.
- Your health status must be good enough (Karnofsky/Lansky score 50% or higher).
- You must have recovered from past treatment side effects, with a waiting time after chemotherapy, immune therapy, and radiation (timing varies by treatment type).
- Heart and liver/lab tests must meet study limits (for example, heart pumping function and liver/bilirubin results within set ranges).
- If you can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant (negative pregnancy test), and you must avoid breastfeeding and use effective contraception during and after treatment.
