CAR T-cell treatment for CD19-positive relapsed leukemia in children

This Phase 2 trial tests pCAR-19B, a customized immune-cell treatment for children and teens with CD19-positive B-ALL that has come back or did not respond to standard therapy. If eligible, you would receive the cell infusion after cell collection and testing to make sure the leukemia cells have the right marker.

Who can take part

  • You (or your guardian) agree and sign the consent form
  • You have B-ALL that is relapsed or refractory, or (if Ph+ ALL) failed at least two TKI medicines or relapsed afterward
  • Your leukemia cells in bone marrow test positive for CD19, and blasts are at least 5%
  • Your overall health is good enough: ECOG 0–1 and expected survival at least 12 weeks
  • Organ tests are within limits for heart, kidneys, liver, and blood oxygen
  • You can have cell collection (apheresis or blood collection) and you do not have major study exclusion conditions
