CAR T-cell treatment for CD19-positive relapsed leukemia in children

Who can take part
- You (or your guardian) agree and sign the consent form
- You have B-ALL that is relapsed or refractory, or (if Ph+ ALL) failed at least two TKI medicines or relapsed afterward
- Your leukemia cells in bone marrow test positive for CD19, and blasts are at least 5%
- Your overall health is good enough: ECOG 0–1 and expected survival at least 12 weeks
- Organ tests are within limits for heart, kidneys, liver, and blood oxygen
- You can have cell collection (apheresis or blood collection) and you do not have major study exclusion conditions
