Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and have multiple myeloma (or plasma cell leukemia).
- Be planning an autologous stem cell transplant using melphalan conditioning (either 200 mg/m² or 140 mg/m²).
- Be able to sign informed consent and follow study instructions.
