Who can take part
- You have salivary gland cancer that is HER2-positive or HER2-low based on lab testing of tumor tissue
- Your cancer is recurrent, metastatic, or cannot be fully removed with surgery, or has spread on scans
- You must have had recent checkups and scans (neck and chest imaging within set time windows)
- Your heart and blood counts must be strong enough for treatment (including adequate heart pumping function)
- If you had brain metastases, they must be stable after treatment, or your doctor expects no urgent brain treatment in the first treatment cycle
