Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 90 years old
  • You currently take hormones by mouth or through other methods (estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone)
  • You do not have heart disease symptoms or known problems like blocked blood flow, rhythm problems, or abnormal heart valve issues
  • You do not have a history of stroke or mini-stroke (TIA)
  • You do not have a history of high blood pressure (or need blood-pressure medicines), and your screening blood pressure is not over 140/90
  • Your kidney function is not too low (eGFR is 60 or higher)
