Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You have a brain bleed (non-traumatic) in the upper part of the brain that is confirmed on a non-contrast CT scan.
- The bleed is at least 10 mL in size (your scan measurements are used).
- Surgery can start within 8 hours of your first symptom onset.
- Your bleed does not have a clear treatable cause on CT angiography, like an aneurysm, AVM, DAVF, or a clot in brain veins.
- You can have consent via a delayed consent process (someone will help obtain it).
