Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a bleeding stroke (intracerebral hemorrhage) that happened in the deeper part of the brain or just under the outer layer.
- The bleed is between 30 and 80 milliliters in volume and can be treated within 72 hours of the first symptoms.
- You have a Glasgow Coma Scale score between 5 and 14 (meaning you are not fully awake but not in a deep coma).
- You have not had a bleeding stroke in the past year, and you are not on blood-thinning medication.
- Your blood pressure is under control, and you do not have active bleeding elsewhere in your body.
