- You’re an adult (18+) and can speak English
- Your spinal cord injury is recent—30 days or less since injury
- Your injury is in the neck or upper-to-mid back (between C2 and T12)
- Your injury is complete or incomplete (AIS A to D)
- You were not already being treated for sleep apnea before your injury
