Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your spinal cord injury is at or above the T5 level (around your armpits) and is considered motor-complete (AIS A or B).
  • Your injury happened at least 12 months ago and is stable (no recent changes).
  • You do not use a ventilator to breathe and have no major lung, heart, or other serious medical problems.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
