Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 80 years old
- Have a head CT scan showing bleeding inside the brain
- You must have only one bleeding area (not multiple bleeds)
- The bleeding cannot be caused by a tumor, aneurysm, head injury, stroke (infarction), or other specific problems
- You should not have a bleeding tendency disorder or take blood thinners (anticoagulants)
- You should not have serious life-threatening brain swelling or collapse of breathing/circulation
