Who can take part
- You have chronic heart failure with NYHA class II to IV symptoms (moderate to severe).
- Your heart’s pumping strength is reduced (left ventricular ejection fraction 40% or less).
- Your BNP blood test is high, and you were diagnosed with these criteria at least 1 time.
- Your heart failure medicines have been on a steady dose for at least 4 weeks before screening.
- You must be willing to join the study and sign informed consent.
- You must not have had S086-related blood-pressure heart medicine restrictions (see questions below).
