Who can take part
- You’re over 18 years old.
- You have a confirmed low-grade neuroendocrine tumor in the gut or bronchus (or low-grade tumor of unknown starting point), with a progressive scan.
- Your cancer is advanced (cannot be fully removed or has spread), and you’ve had enough recovery/wait time from past treatments.
- You can take pills by mouth and have blood counts and organ tests within required limits (or you qualify because your health is moderately impaired).
- You have no prior temozolomide treatment.
- You can and will use effective birth control during the study (and for a period after), and you agree to pregnancy testing if applicable.
